Negative experience: Told me to come pick up a check and when I get there I don’t get the check. I wasted gas and money. Lady told me to come and I came just for her to tell me she can’t give it to me

Fantastic experience: SDP Inc. hired this company to assure a project site 24/7. The security officers were courteous, knew how to perform their job. The owner and his wife are good people, they are very knowledgeable of their profession. Would hire again if possible.

Fantastic experience: Classes very informative.
Fantastic experience: Ami was great, patient, and knowledgable. The material is outdated, repetitive, and horrific. It's an insult to people in this industry. Frankly, this should all be done online. It requires zero physical attendance. It's the equivalent of driving school meets a first time dentist. This material is probably state regulated and should not be reflective of Steve and his staff. 4 days of your life you'll never get back. Steve and Ami went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable so I thank them for that. THEY were great...the materials as presented is a horrible experience A-Z. The course is 100% videos all day from 1980...I wish it was updated and more practical for today. It is taxing and conducive to maximizing non-learning, non-retention, worse...no interest.
Positive experience: Informative chairs were a problem 1st 20 hours pleased about upgrade 2nd 20 hour session. Unfortunately instructor allowed 1 disruptor to dominate class agenda.

Negative experience: Indemnity Security & Investigations, Inc's owner ( Steven Sarduy) is a SCAMMER. They take equipment and do NOT pay for it. He runs a sloppy and SNEAKY operation. If I were you, I would stay far away from this company. We tried numerous times to satisfy them and they were not pleased. STAY AWAY!!!!!
I have evidence stating otherwise. This was posted due to their nasty customer service so I went to the power if social media to express my experience. You as a consumer can do your research on this particular Company and see the pattern of this same behavior. Isi has built itself taking care of it's customers and employees and our reviews account for that. We payed for a service and expect a service in return not a run around and false promises and then retractinhg those promises. I was sold faulty equipment. Fantastic experience: Very professional. Family owned, so they treat you like family. I used ISI for a out of country client that forgot which garage in Miami he parked his rental car in (can’t make this up). ISI located vehicle within the same weekend, saving this person thousands of dollars in paying for a vehicle that was not even his. I would definitely recommend them again.
Fantastic experience: The instructor Steven Sarduy was very informative with a great personality. He performed the very difficult task of instructing 40 hours of information in two weekends with painless ease.
