Negative experience: Negative set of stars for a company who towed an auto, refused to take accountability of scratching the roof and hood of the car with the tow lights they used. (caught on camera) The girl at customer(less) service blamed fault on another facility. I couldn't figure out who also damaged the windshield and for an "investigative" service company (whatever they call themselves) did absolutely nothing to initiate a claim or damage. -the word "Services and Investigation" should be removed from this disgrace of a business. Stay away cause these folks are like a cancer to any business out there. They should've been a company who shut down permanently during the pandemic... Not worthy of trying to stay in business in this economy - pathetic to America.

Negative experience: bad service when i tried to get my belongings. Lady on the mic was rude and waited over 30min until someone came out (which he wasnt told i was waiting for someone)...

Fantastic experience: Nice and helpful people, I went for possessions claim. The guy came to help went and got all my things brought to me. I told him my tax receipts were missing and my ray bans. So he brought the car out for me to get. As well they had placed my sunglasses in a safe and as well those were returned to me. I just appreciate all my things were taken care of and given back.

Fantastic experience: Staff was helpful and nice although i hope never to see the inside of any other tow yards;) Pay your car payments on time.

Negative experience: What I like the most about them is NOT A DAMN THING!!!!!

Negative experience: The 2 times I had to call, the rep wasn't all that friendly or helpful. Set an appt at 1230p and waited an hour standing at the window before anyone even approached it. I had read reviews that the property would be ready to be picked up, easy pick up and go transaction, and it wasn't. Finally retrieved my belongings and noticed my car mount and phone charger were missing. When I got home I made sure it wasnt there, and sure enough. My car mount and cell phone charger were both stolen out of my truck. Damn shame, and I could definitely tell someone went through my things because it was a mess in the middle console. Have a little more respect for peoples belongings.

Negative experience: These people are the lowest scum on earth. They make their money on your hard times. Total scrum.

Negative experience: Extremely threatening people, said that he was going to make sure we don’t get the car back. Wouldn’t even take the time to explain to me what steps I take to get my car back. Careless, unprofessional and con artist. If they tow your car consider it gone because I’m still trying to get it back. I hope nothing but the worst for this company.

Positive experience: Granted I did not encounter Vance Services under the best of circumstances, I did feel the need to write a review on my interaction. The young lady on the phone was very helpful with the process to acquire my vehicle, who I needed to speak to, etc. She even took the time to check find information I needed and didn't have access to and stayed later than normal business hours when I explained I was coming from across town during rush hour. Lastly, the young man that brought me my vehicle was more than helpful is taking care of an almost flat tire. I get the no one want to deal with towing companies, but this is the first time I have had a honestly pleasant experience (except the fact my vehicles was towed, but you cant be upset at them doing their job). They weren't rude. They were not disrespectful. They didn't treat me poorly at all. Thank you for that ( I wish I knew the lady's name I spoke with)

Negative experience: I don’t care about the car . I just want my belongings out the car . I was released from the hospital last week, they picked up the car Friday . I called the same day to get information on my car as far as retrieving my personal items and they told me to call back Monday. I called back Monday morning first thing and they literally gave me the run around about getting my things from 8:30am/5:30pm (30 mins before they closed) they are intentionally holding my things and the most important thing I need is my prescription medication which they are fully aware of. I know intentionally holding my meds that I desperately need and have waited all weekend for is illegal and I will be seeking legal assistance and a lawsuit. My health is not a joke I’ve stated plenty of times that I was just released from the hospital a week ago for chemo therapy and they are blatantly laughing about it. This people are mean an evil .

Negative experience: Rude employees also very threatening and violent

Negative experience: Took my car out from my apartments for no reason no warning nothing

Negative experience: Just called do to a tow truck driver harassing me when i asked if everything was OK since he was looking at my car so close by and i happend to be inside i was parked correctly inside the lines called to make a complaint and the person that answered was so unprofesional couldnt even help me

Negative experience: Broke in my trunk and stole my personal property out of it. Retrieved my vehicle damaged from them breaking in it and cannot get my personal belongings back. So now my trunk is broken and will not open and they will not return my personal affects. Horrible place.

Negative experience: RUDE people that are not willing to help at all

Negative experience: Won't inventory items in your vehicle but will definitely tear it apart looking for anything they want to keep. Waiting to hear on the police report I filed.
