Negative experience: Only giving 1 star for now. I just sent my info in. Will give a more detailed review when it's all done. Still a little sceptical.

Negative experience: Not happy with this office at all, if it even really is a real business. Been contacted multiple times with letters in the mail claiming to have an account to a family member to be handled. I sent what was asked of me and have been trying for two months to call and email to no prevail. If this is a real business you shouldn’t ask people to send all their info and then ghost them. This is either a total scam and a very poorly ran business.

Fantastic experience: I recieved a letter from Silvina Laos early November 2023. Yes, I was sceptical. I searched for reviews and called the office. I spoke with Cecilia. She sent me the information that I needed to submit. Including my social security number. Yup, still sceptical. But, early March 2024 the state of FL sent me a check for the unclaimed funds. Yes, this is a legitimate business. Thank you to Laos, Razza & Associates.

Fantastic experience: Really professional. The processing department was great to work with. My state had up to 90 days to process my check (Florida) My check arrived just after that. I would recommend it's on the up and up.

Negative experience: Beware. We received our 91 yr old father's notice of escheatment about the same time these thieves' letter arrived. They claimed he had $3,112.95 to claim and that for a mere 3% they would work to recover the funds. Problem is, the amount of the escheatment is $6225.90, or twice what they claimed was available. This is deceptive at best, but more likely elder abuse of a 91 yr old disabled veteran. BEWARE these bottom feeders. Feel free to contact me for details. This should not happen, you can claim it for free, yourself.

The process was easy and the cost was reasonable. We we are in North Carolina and it was much more convenient to have someone handle this for us than us trying to. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience completing a transaction with this company. I received a letter in the mail stating I had unclaimed money in the state of Florida. I was skeptical as first, but gave the business located in Boca Raton a call. Was greeted with great customer service from “Nick”. He explained to me that I had unclaimed funds and all I had to do was submit a claim form for the funds and go over some private identification and confidentiality matters. This company is here to work with you and is over-the-top professional. Hard to find these days. Received information that I had $480 from an unclaimed deposit secondary to a credit union closure! Would’ve never even known. It blew my mind reading about how in Florida alone there is currently $1.5 Billion dollars that have yet to be claimed by people just like me.
