Fantastic experience: I lost contact with my son and I tried using social media I talked to anyone who would listen I even bought memberships to information services online and after sending 100’s of emails and 3 years later I hired Tom. All I can say is i had a phone number and permission to call him the same day! Tom actually found my son and talked to him that same day! I’m grateful and full of hope now! Fantastic experience: These guys are great! Excellent service, timely and flexible. I needed a process service with a quick turnaround and they were able to do it inexpensively. I am stationed in Germany so these guys really saved my bacon in helping me with my case. Tom is also prior military!

Negative experience: Horrible service! Mr. Stotts, despite having over a week to serve my documents, didn't begin attempting service until 2 days prior to when I needed it served. When he did, he attempted service during the middle of the day during the work week. Obviously the attempts were unsuccessful. I had to reschedule my hearing twice because he suddenly took a vacation and was unable to serve timely. Refused to give my money back, stating that he made 5 attempts (unlikely), although, at the time his website stated nothing in regards to a 5 attempt limit. Requested my documents back from Mr. Stotts, and received no response. Update: I recently had another local process server, with the same limited information, complete service twice within 2 days for the same person i employed mr stotts to serve, and for less. Mr Stott makes excuses, others just get it done. You should have given me my money back and my documents at the very least

Negative experience: Not sure what happened but terrible service. Sent him a job and asked for an update for 3 weeks. Unanswered calls and emails. Finally got him on the phone and it was obvious he had never even started. Didn't seem to mind at all when I told him we would just reassign it. Find someone who actually wants your business.
