Fantastic experience: This is updated effective February 24th, 2024. My previous review was for a different private investigator entirely. I've never hired a private investigator in my 58 years. So far, I've had terrific success with New Jersey Investigation LLC's Paul in a relatively short time. He's essentially done pro bono work (I realize he's not a lawyer) regarding a cryptocurrency scammer that was one of the funniest phone calls I've experienced recently. We've spoken, texted & I've emailed Paul as much information as I can gather. He's extremely knowledgeable & probably not aware his positive attitude despite going through a divorce is similar to mine. I look forward to speaking with Paul Monday, February 26th, 2024 to continue our discussion regarding my ex-wife. Based on just a couple phone calls with Paul, I highly recommend New Jersey Investigation LLC. Their rates are extremely fair even though Paul waived the more than reasonable fee of $175 to determine a "woman's" passport from Volsk, Russia was fraudulent by having a colleague review the picture of the fraudulent passport.

Paul explained that while the issue is not necessarily something they handle, he took the time to guide me through what I should be looking at and other considerations. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and pointed me in the right direction. I cannot express how much what Paul did means to me and my family. It should also be noted that he did all of this during what I would consider after hours (7:00PM). Based on Paul actions and help alone, I would highly recommend them. His actions expressed a level of professionalism and empathy that is rarely seen today and I cannot thank him enough!
