Negative experience: Very unprofessional they just hire anybody the security guards are all out of shape and nasty looking and couldn’t chase a 1 legged dog on a leash

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the security company that's supposed to be patrolling our community. Their performance has been subpar, to say the least. Instead of taking their job seriously, their guards speed through our neighborhood, disregarding stop signs and putting residents at risk. What's even more appalling is that they seem more interested in socializing than doing their job. I've witnessed their personnel lounging at our community office, listening to music, smoking, and having a good time while they're supposed to be working. Meanwhile, our community is experiencing car break-ins and other security issues. It's clear that this company is not taking their responsibility to provide adequate security seriously. I urge them to revamp their approach and prioritize the safety and well-being of our community. Until then, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Negative experience: The security guards and office employees were very nice and helpful. The manager on duty, was crass and a bit rude.

Fantastic experience: I came back after new year found our pipes gone, no guards and no reports! One call did it all. Lagarda not only showed up in 35 minutes they found half our materials in the woods. Thank you Lagarda and let's just say to my last company. Let the " Eagle" fly! Don't come back!!!

Negative experience: Very rude staff I was on the phone asking questions about how they make you give $20 for a background check seems like a scam and a staff member on the phone responded with oh my gosh that is incredibly rude staff DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
Hello Michael, We process numerous background checks each day, and unfortunately, we sometimes encounter situations where individuals aren't fully forthcoming about their background before paying. To address this, we require a $20 fee for the background check. I’m very sorry to hear that the person you spoke with was rude. Could you please let me know which number you called? I’d like to address this issue personally.
