Negative experience: Bad attitude here

Negative experience: The old Man in there by the name of Gary , Is so rude and disrespectful and have no type of customer service I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location at all

Negative experience: The gentleman Gerry who works there was rude racist and sexist. He was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I do not ever do reviews. But i wanted to make sure this was recorded. I made an appointment on a Saturday to come and get my Twic early in the morning on a Saturday. So i would not miss work. I walked into an office with a cubical. Gerry had yelled “wait outside please”. Now i did not see where he was so i politely stepped outside of the office. After that , about two minutes later Gerry walked out and began asking me questions about the documents i needed. I had everything. He brought me back and was rude to me. Throughout the whole process he spoke to me like i was below him and a child. I get these people deal with ignorant workers every day. But i was extremely nice to him in the beginning and could not hear him and asked him to repeat things a few times due to him speaking too fast and mumbling. He was annoyed to even be there. After everything was said and done, my company credit card was ran and accused of fraud. I used my personal card no big deal. However. The lack of empathy was not available. When it was all said and done, i asked if we were done and left. I refused to tell him goodbye or to have a nice day. This was by far the worst experience dealing with a government worker I’ve ever come across. I guess because i was white and a female he thought i was dumb. Then he spoke to the African American behind me a little kinder. Worst experience. Should have went to the one in Mandeville. People on the north shore are way more nice than this guy.

Negative experience: Booked appointment on line no one turned up to open office!! Lots of others started turning up with appointments I guess they can’t be bothered to open the office today wasted my time on this location, I recommend NOT to use this location!!

Fantastic experience: Although I wasn't able to get my TSA precheck due to my time constraints. They were very nice and I sent my Dad on a Saturday and they help him with his TWIC card. They were quick and professional. If you go as a walk in it may take you a little longer they take the appointments first.

Negative experience: They took my son's money for his twic card that he still has not gotten it or a letter telling me why..

As a processing center, our role is to assist applicants with their TWIC card applications. Once an application is submitted, the approval and issuance of the card are handled by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Department of Homeland Security. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the time it takes for the application to be processed or for the card to be issued. We advise all applicants to contact the TSA if they do not receive their TWIC card within two weeks of their application submission. The contact information for the TSA is provided on the receipt given at the time of application. We understand this process can be frustrating. Negative experience: That is truly the rudest human beings working for the federal government I’ve ever had to deal with go to identi go on Tchoupitoulas and give them your business versus these people. Unless you want to be treated like white trash do not go here.
