Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service Velma provided. She is very personable, efficient and thorough. I got the report I needed same day with a wealth of information. 5-Stars! Will use her services again!

Negative experience: I paid Velma $225 to get me a copy of my marriage certificate. 8 weeks later there was nothing. It should have taken 2 or 3 at the most. I asked for a 50% refund (should be 100%) , and I never heard back. Use whatever word you will, but this is just wrong. That's my experience. Velma's response is a list of lies. She may be ok on some things, but with me her performance was zero, and her response of lies speaks volumes. For sure I would never recommend her; just the opposite.

Negative experience: Velma and her team illegally puts gps trackers on cars. When approached about the situation, she her self said, that is illegal. Yet, her team did it. Her team is unethical and would stay away as you might find yourself in a lawsuit.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for Velma and her crew. She is very passionate about what she does and was more than helpful with our situation, especially when a sweet child was involved. I could sense the panic in Velma’s voice when I explained our situation and concerns. She didn’t want to waste time and jumped on this quick. Velma’s PI skills did not disappoint and I was updated quickly on what she found or her plans on the investigation. Velma was able to help obtain information that was used in court against the other party (that had the child in their temporary custody). Velma provided photos and notes, she was willing to testify in court if needed. Velma is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations for attorneys. The first attorney we obtained was a total disaster (in which, I should have talked to Velma first about who she recommended before wasting money and time) 4 months of dealing with nonsense. I went to Velma in tears of what happened with our previous attorney and kept her in the loop of our situation (he had did nothing but waste time and demanded 4k to continue to do nothing when he was not paid he dropped our case). She recommended an aggressive female attorney and boy we were not disappointed at all with her efforts. After cleaning up the other attorneys mess we were able to get the child back. We are very grateful and blessed to have hired Velma and have her help us with what she has done. Velma was with us every step of the way which I cannot thank her enough! 5 stars for Velma’s PI skills and her help! Velma will not disappoint and will work hard to provide what is needed and will use her time and efforts wisely. Velma you are a rockstar and I cannot thank you enough, Our family is very grateful for you and everything you have done!! We love you and thank you for helping us bring back our sweet baby back home!! ❤️
