Negative experience: One of their guards used profanity at me and was shaking in anger. He appeared unstable and unfit to be armed. I called the supervisor with my concern and he was just as rude, unprofessional and wouldn't let me speak. This business is a liability, not a protection.

Fantastic experience: The guard responsible for my location is always on time and very professional. He goes up and beyond his call of duty to maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere for customers.

Positive experience: Very professional uniform, seem to be very good service, however, mycomplex went without security 2 full nights and part of a 3rd.when asked why.... the security told me someone had quite. I am understanding but this isn't my problem. I pay for a service and don't care if someone jumped off a bridge. This is security! Not "when ever we can" service. Just saying.
