Fantastic experience: My experience with top gun security was very enjoyable I had some trouble getting into the site but they have a lady in the office that will go above and beyond to help you get whatever it is that you possibly may need and I want to give a big shout out to Robin she's a great lady and she needs to be paid a whole lot more than what she's getting paid but as far as top gun security and their courses are really good and they're they give you a lot of information and you're able to download it so you're able to always have that information with you it's very informative and I would recommend it to anybody that's trying to get in the security business

Fantastic experience: If you are considering getting into the security field, honestly ... look no further than Top Gun. Everyone and everything here exceeded my expectations. Mr. Frank, the instructor there was engaging, encouraging, and entertaining with interjections of stories from his extensive career history in law enforcement and security. From several years of experience as a federal agent attached to LAPD during some of the most turbulent times in Los Angeles to private security details for visiting royalty, Mr. Frank relayed his vast knowledge of Security and Body Guard work with a passion I doubt you will find elsewhere. I took the level 2, 3, and 4 training at Top Gun and learned so much and even had fun. In the Level 4 training class I attended Mr. Frank was joined by Mr. Coker the COO of Top Gun. This training will get you out of the classroom for real world experiences in executive protection and advance planning for top level clientele. I drove from Austin to attend Top Gun in South Houston, and it was absolutely more than worth the travel. You will not be disappointed or underserved in any way if you choose this school as your entrance into security or for your continued education. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you Top Gun!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place all around. Usually classroom settings can be pretty boring but the instructor Byron, made it so worth it. He was very interactive and created an open environment with no judgment. The class is a hands on class and really teaches you things you never thought you needed or things you didn’t put much thought into. If I could take this class again I would. The staff is really amazing.

Fantastic experience: Took the level 3 and 4 with Byron Frank as the instructor and the classes were great. Learned a lot and would like to work for them as well. The whole staff that I met were professional. The owner came by to say hello and invited us to apply as they were in need of officers. Just great people all around.

Positive experience: I took the non commission class there in March 2017. Munson was the instructor. He did a great job instructing. It was me and three others in that class. I was the only one that passed. That's all I can say from that company.

Negative experience: Horrible experience I went to do the class 2 security test here which is an hour and a half away from my house.i got stuck in Houston traffic and was 5 minutes late, when I arrive I’m told I’m the only one and they can’t do the class, after asking the lady why no one called and told me before I drove all the way up here she just shrugged her shoulders and told me well if I wasn’t late, I told her I was the only one so it didn’t matter anyways and she said well u were late. Very rude and disrespectful.

Negative experience: Last nigh at 1:30 am my son's Girlfriend was upset because she is leaving for college so she came to my house to see my son, they were parked in front of my home the home that I own, and Top Gun stop by and told them to get out of the car and wanted ID!! My son's girlfriend handed it to them but my son was in sleeping clothes sine he was already in bed before she arrived WE ALL were sleeping, well my son said Top Gun threatened to shoot him they put there hand on there GUN and asked my son if he WANTED TO SEE IT (Gun)!!! My son was in front of his own home that he has grown up in and these idiots have guns and have No sense!!!! My son came in the house woke my husband up who is a Cop And myself and I ran outside pissed off they called the cops out and when the Cop arrived in 2 minutes they know my husband and I and was like what the hell is going on, I told the officer what Top Gun did and I was going back inside with my baby that I had in my arms.. Top Gun is threatening people with a gun who live in the community of Stonegate!! They are gunho and my family will Not be treated that way!!

Negative experience: This company is a joke.

Fantastic experience: I contacted this agency after suffering a horrible incident in my community swimming pool. After being treated horribly by the officer on duty, I was contacted by several of his superiors who informed me that they do indeed care about my safety and that they take what they do very seriously. They apologized and assured me that the officer would be dealt with and they are working on my case. This was very comforting and I am so grateful to this agency. I feel safe again knowing that they really do care about us here in the community. TOP GUN ROCKS!!!!!!! Thank You so much for all that you do.
