Negative experience: I called trying to hire this firm. I was being given a long explanation, upon which I tried to advise the individual at the firm that, that was the information I was looking for and how can I get this information he told me to call the county clerks office. Which frustrated me because I was calling to hire them to do this work for me. He then berated and spoke down to me and told me that I don't want help. Horrible
