Positive experience: He is very likable and worked to get evidence to prove or disapprove what was suspected.

Negative experience: Johnathan owes his employees money for work that was performed, issued checks that were returned for no funds and will not answer calls.

Negative experience: Do not do business with them! Please! I am trying to save you heartbreak and money. We originally wanted their help in finding a missing person. Det. Noel made it sound as though he was going to give his all to this case. He appeared compassionate at first, but disappeared with $5,000 of a retainer without following up with detectives, giving the updates he promised us, and finding her. He manipulated and took advantage of a family desperately trying to find their sister and became unresponsive wasting valuable time.

Negative experience: This guy is a scam, all of the 5 star reviews that he had was paid. Don't ever book this guy to help you out because he won't. After taking our money he never updated us with our case. DON'T TRUST THIS GUY!

Negative experience: I hired Johnathan for investigation work. I soon after spoke with him and cancelled his services and requested my $1500 back. He said he would return my money. Never did. I too believe the other reviews are staged as he stole my money and I believe there have been others. Please be aware, if you give them your money, they will keep it, then stop taking your calls. The Attorney General in Texas can handle this matter now....

Negative experience: I hired them a couple of weeks ago. I got a text saying we made visual and will let you know what we find. Well I ended up having to contact them. I was supposed to get an update and was told I would be contacted in 30 minutes, well that call never came. Then they tell me that the couldn’t get a picture and then when I asked about specific location and place they couldn’t provide that information. I asked for a refund as they really haven’t even really started. Still no response regarding a possible refund, guess they are going to keep my $2,500. Very expensive lesson learned. Well update I was told I would be getting a refund and a check would be here on Wednesday 3/25/2020, no refund and now won’t answer my text!

Negative experience: Don’t trust the other fake 5 stars reviews, these people are scam , they will make you pay $1500 before starting as a $100 an hour and before you know it after only a couple of days of doing nothing they will tell you that you need to pay more . Beware of these people they will give you false informations that they will never proof just to make you think that there is something worth investigating. I am a stay at home mom they took my money and did nothing , literally two days after taking my case Rob stoped answering my calls and told me that he is not longer on my case and that someone else will contact me soon , nobody ever contacted me and now they refused to do anything and don’t want to give me a refund . Please be aware and don’t do my mistake and give these scam your money . Update : after taking my initial payment of $1500 without doing anything and disappearing with my money they used my credit card information to take another $1500 that I disputed and changed my credit card and after 8 months they tried to take another $2500 and were denied , these guys are big mafia scam and deserve a big lawsuit , please don’t give them your credit card information they will save it and use it later .

Fantastic experience: I found Jonathan on the internet at a time I was running into walls, finding troubling information and was scared for my daughters future. This was a dangerous person who beguiled his way into my daughters life, swept her off her feet, moved her in and put a ring on her finger. My daughter never considered this person could be as dangerous as he was. This man was well educated, good looking, multiple degrees, wealth and came from an affluent, billionaire family. This man obviously attempted to scrub his long and violent criminal record, including two ex-wives.
