Negative experience: Waste of time and money. The first attempt cost me 100$ and the company didnt work in the serving location anymore - fine. The second attempt is not fine at all- An employee was there and said that he does work for the company but he doesnt work in this location so it was not served. The server should have served him anyhow and then the employee could have given it to whoever is supposed to get it. They are using incompetent servers and as a result you will not be able to sue many of the companies

Fantastic experience: Used this company twice. Timely and effective service both times with plenty of communication. Really appreciated the aftercare when the recipient of the documents tried to dispute the service, JPL continued to support and the court ultimately found that service had been completed properly. Will definitely use JPL if I need these services again.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! In addition, they threatened to sue me for $10,000 and encourage other people to sue me as well in an effort to intimidate me into taking down my truthful review on Facebook/Yelp describing my experience and honest opinions. In a nutshell, I was dissatisfied with the service they provided, so I expressed my concerns to them and asked that they redo the service or provide a refund. In their replies, they called me a liar, said I would be committing credit card fraud if I disputed the charge, and when I posted a review about their customer service on Facebook, they threated to sue me. Of course, reviews are protected by the First Amendment and in California, by Anti-SLAPP laws as well. In summary, a giant two thumbs down as there are many reputable process service companies to choose from.

Fantastic experience: I can tell you that this company has a group of professionals who really work for you. In three working days, they served my two summons and provided a wonderful customer service. Do you know that they provided the service and did not charge me until the service was done? I am extremely satisfy with their service. Therefore, if you need to service any legal document, this is the place to go. You should believe me because they served my summons after I paid a higher fee to Small Claims Services USA, LLC, located in San Diego; dealt with Tony. This person received payment, promised the service to be completed within 10 to 15 days. 30 days later, after various follow-up emails and phone calls, Tony determined to refund my money because he never service the documents and he was upset when I confronted him with his promise of delivering within two weeks max. Be careful who you hire to do this type of work! NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU NEED TO SERVICE DOCUMENTS, JPL PROCESS SERVICE WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have an unstable neighbor served with a temporary restraining. The process server assigned by JPL had to endure this individual's tirade and even had to escape to his car as the neighbor chased him. I can't say enough about their tenacity and service in a very difficult situation.

Fantastic experience: I reside in Michigan but I needed to serve court papers to someone who lived in San Pedro, CA. I contacted them 10 days before my court date. They offered me their Rush Service ($125). After 3 days of trying my documents were served, as the information I have given was limited - Name, Address that I’m unsure off, and a photo of the respondent. Jeff was very helpful with all the information he’s provided me, along with their fast service. Contacting them wasn’t a problem either, they answer their phones fast and your email same day. Five stars all the way! Thanks again for the great service.
