Negative experience: I ignored the negative reviews and scheduled what should have been a simple fingerprinting appointment. *There is no one else trained to do fingerprinting at this location except one woman whom avoided my voicemails with questions about my appointment. *When I finally showed up at the location, the rude receptionist advised the woman left, when I asked if the woman was aware that I had an appointment with her, I was greeted with " that's a good question" accompanied with a neck roll. *When asked if I could speak with a supervisor ( as a last ditch effort to find a QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT employee) I was told that there was no supervisor. What kind of day or person do you have to be to act like this at your job? Do you not need it? What is the use of making appointments with a company that doesn't keep it or make any efforts to provide a resolution or to rectify the problem? I never received a call back or apology AND the next day ( my appointment was around 3P.M and I started calling at different intervals around 9 AM, 11 AM, 1PM) I drove the extra 20+ miles to get my fingerprints done somewhere else.
