Positive experience: I've had three encounters with this company - the first two were pleasant, the third has made me not want to do business with them ever again. I used their fingerprinting services/BCI background check for my notary renewal; my first encounter in June of 2023 at their Twinsburg location went well. The representative was lovely and I received what I needed. I had planned to submit my notary renewal in November or December, however my mother became very ill and ultimately passed away at the beginning of January, delaying my submission of my renewal application. In turn, I was told I needed a new BCI report and I approached TR Fields for assistance. The Twinsburg office had been permanently closed and I was told I needed to come to their SW Akron location. The woman I spoke with on the afternoon of 1/19/24 and the woman in the office with her offered to help me offset the cost since circumstances were beyond my control, however they needed approval and said they would call me back after they spoke with their manager/supervisor. They called back several minutes later and offered me a small discount on the service. I appreciated their willingness to help, but unfortunately it was eight days until I could get into the office for the service. This is where my encounters with TF Fields became sour - the woman who handled my second fingerprinting was judgmental and rude, making it abundantly clear that she did not believe anyone offered me a discount. Ultimately, if I did or didn't receive a discount for this second service, it didn't matter because I needed the service done. What DOES matter is that this woman treated me as if I was a liar and spoke to me disrespectfully. When I called her out on how she was treating me, telling her I was not lying, she didn't like it and began to drop her "credentials" on me. She then continued to speak to me disrespectfully and accusatorially. I received the service I needed and then made it clear to her that they would no longer receive my business. At one point she told me that she would bring this up to the owner on Monday, as if I was being caught in a lie; bring it up to the owner all you like, that does not mean I was lying. This woman does not know how to treat customers so that they return with more business and she should NOT be in a customer facing role. EDIT: I have since been approached by the office manager at TR Fields who has gone above and beyond to rectify what took place during this encounter. I have changed my review accordingly.

Negative experience: Messed up my results, the paper work supposedly didn't match bottle is what my school was told, so I'm suppose to go out of my way to come 45 minutes away for them to probably mess it up AGAIN... I understand things happen but this is something that shouldn't be messed up. I know it's not the first time either because my classmates had to go Three times!

Fantastic experience: They were very professional and expedient. In and out with no long wait times. They do not close for lunch which is very convenient to allow you ample opportunities to go in and have your urinalysis to be done.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this company. I walked in and right back out door when I heard the young lady who stated she was business owner addressing a customer. The professionalism and disrespectful was unbelievable. If a business can’t respect and value their customers, I refuse to do business.
