Fantastic experience: Sue and Steve helped me with a simple matter when I was in Nebraska and I was too far away to find out what was going on at a property in Colorado. It was a simple case, but the distance made it impossible for me to check on the situation every few days myself. Fantastic experience: We needed their help to identify what tenants were doing after many complaints about them. They were able to provide report of the criminal drug related activity that was occurring at our property and which allowed us to get them evicted along with guiding us with steps to take to get the very aggressive and dangerous tenant to finally move out. Through the entire ordeal they were able to also guide us to make sure we are safe and gather evidence that could be passed to law enforcement agencies. We are grateful for their work.

Negative experience: Complete frauds! be very careful giving them money down. I gave them a large retainer to investigate a stolen item. The police ended up recovering that item shortly after. I immediately notified them and requested to close out the contract and get the difference back. They gave me the run around until I was past my point on the contract to get money back. I have now essentially been robbed twice. Very dishonest and deceptive business practices.
Not True. He doesn't even have the report yet with the hours worked! Yes, we took this case on. We also found the Subject who Client believed had stolen the items and did Surveillance on him, the truck was located- and had damage on the front which indicated that it may have been the one that went through the gate..We searched pawn shops and the internet for the stolen items. He was sent pictures of these as well as information on the name he had given us on who he suspected had stolen his items. It has only been two weeks since he asked us to terminate the contract because someone called the police and said that the trailer that was stolen, was reported by the owner of the property as being dumped there. So the owner of the property found this in his field. We put in the hours and after Client stated that they found this, he asked my ideas for the rest of his items missing, we continued to search and do surveillance until he asked asked to stop. Im sorry it did not turn out like Client wanted but we put the hours in. No One works for FREE and we did the job even though his other items look to be in Mexico where no one will find them. To call us a Fraud is so spiteful and unreasonable. And to try and ruin our excellent reputation is actually Slander. ****By the way he did not even wait for a report or invoice to see the hours we put in before writing this*****
Negative experience: I gave the investor all the info I had found on my own. They tried to charge for services not yet required. After 4 (four) days I was given the exact information I reported to the investigator. I don't recommend this agency for anything.
1st of all you got ALL your money back! All $62.00. Secondly: When you contacted me you stated that you wanted a "locate and serve". I quoted you a price and you agreed to it so I charged for the services you asked for. I also stated that I would use the address to serve only when found. You said you understood but then later on you then stated that you only wanted the 1 hour " data base only" check, Because now you tell me there is no actual court paper to serve. I immediately then refunded you the rest of the money. Noting also that you gave me the wrong spelling of the last name to search which I found out during my search. I put in the hour +, and actually found several out of state addresses that you did not have prior. I stated that it would cost more to continue at a deeper level search and would take more than 1 hour. I would also need the court documents to release someone's personal address. So i masked the whole address , which is a privacy protection law. Since, You only wanted an hour "data base only" and that is what you got, complete with the final report and the findings and I put in additional time with no charge. The reason to locate was NOT what Client stated in the beginning. There was NO court document to serve. Location that I found was not previously found by him and was only given by me as the state and partial address, for protection of the person(s) that he was trying to locate (which is a privacy protection law.)
