Copper Eagle Patrol & Security

Negative experience: Parked my car right across my house. They gave me 2 warning tickets checking the box that says "Stored". Apparently when your car is dusty and haven't used for a few weeks you'll get tickets for it. Should've just said "wash your damn car and move it a few inches". Good job guys, I feel so secured in my neighborhood.

Negative experience: Parked my car in a visitor spot when I came home from work. Roughly around 5pm. Woke up this morning to find a 24 hr parking violation on it. How does that math make sense? Horrible.

Negative experience: Don’t stop people doing doughnuts in HOA but keep harassing residents about parking.

Negative experience: This isn't a security patrol, it's just a parking enforcement company. The dingleberries that I saw driving around in their car won't prevent any kind of crime. They also appear to be HOA favorites in SCV which is extra great.

Negative experience: No crime prevention, no security. Just patrols for vehicles parked in “guest parking”. Joke of a security.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service, they helped me with all the security needs I had and outlined long term strategy and security updates we should incorporate long term, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THESE GUYS

Negative experience: Unprofessional and stupid personal.

Negative experience: Worst company ever. You can’t even move in your own community without them ticketing your car over and over. Get a life….

Negative experience: Horrible security company. They don’t even deserve one star. “Security “ just “patrols” to see who’s cars are parked wrong not even for security so they can make the commission with towing your car . Customer service in the office is extremely horrible and rude.

Fantastic experience: Just saw a Copper Eagle security guard display a calm, courteous demeanor while contacting a super high/drunk dude going into somebody’s property. Maybe he was trying to break in, maybe he was just lost in his stupor, but I can tell you the security guard most likely saved the home owner, who probably was not home, from becoming a victim of some kind of crime. Sure I’ve gotten tickets in this area, but it’s because I have parked where I wasn’t supposed to. The reality is, their visibility prevents a lot of bad things from happening and the guards are willing to take action, when they have to. What I saw today, was a job well done!

Negative experience: My understanding i have major issues

Negative experience: After multiple talks with the security officer about a known issue here they still fail to patrol or keep an eye on there territory

Negative experience: I dont care that this people do what they need to do. BUT WHEN YOU TOW A FWD VEHICLE AND PULL IT OUT.... YOU WILL DAMAGE THE CAR. NOW THE STEERING IS OUT OF ALIGNMENT AND HOPEFULLY ITS JUST THAT. IF THERE A COMPANY DAMAGES THE VEHICLE THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS. I WILL BE IN TOUCH.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion copper Eagle is the finest security company in all of Santa Clarita

Negative experience: Security? What a joke. I would never hire Copper Eagle on any of my many properties. They should change their name to "Run you over security". I leave at 3:30am for work some days and have to dodge these A-holes flying around in their little Prius patrol cars.

Fantastic experience: 1 star rating? Most of these reviews seem to be old and dont account for the current staff. I've always been met with courtesy and respect when I deal with the patrolling guards. I'm certain their presence at my complex has deterred any illicit activity at my business.

Negative experience: 1 of those rent a cop a-holes gave me a ticket and was responsible for having my car impounded the very next week. My registration was paid off but needed to pass the damn smog. I help people in my job and what does he do? Oh right annoy

Negative experience: Un professional. Had the displeasure of dealing with a Sgt that mumbled his name when I called. Kept repeating the same line over and over to regarding parking in a hoa community. Hung up on me when he said that I threatened him. Was not even quoting proper parking regulations.

Negative experience: Caught trolling the community before there patrol time permits, Forge times for parking violations, and dishonest about abiding by premise parking permits, tow illegally using forged parking times...want to be cops with no actual training or regard for lawful execution of there actions. Community is better off without them. Now that I have read other reviews, I can securely say that they are a waste of my hard earned HOA fees...Get out of my community!!!

Negative experience: Shameful

Negative experience: This security has been doing nothing since out HOA decided to go on a budget an hire a crappy company like copper eagle. Just change your name to "rusty eagle" . You have no training and lack basic social skills... Im going to find out who the owner is and let him know that my neighbors are going to sign a petition to have them removed and go back with the original security that was doing their job they were paid to do. Hoa is 190 per month, paying that much, you would expect someone to do a good job. Your website is as crappy as your service. Hire some real people!!! Not your cousin or friends.

Negative experience: Many of the stores in the small Castaic shopping center have gone out of business. There's a huge empty parking area. If anyone parks here without making a purchase or stay longer than 2 hours, you can be ticketed and/or towed. I believe their patrol is trying to put the remaining businesses out of business with this policy.

Negative experience: I to would give negative stars if possible as one is too many. Organizations that thrive in patrol and security, have a culture based on understanding the spirit of rules and policy and have good instincts as to how to enforce them to accomplish their communities objectives. This competency starts at the top and allows for the people they serve to live within a community that promotes peace and joy with a strong sense of security and predictability. Copper does nothing to support or otherwise create this type of environment within the community it patrols. As a matter of fact, I love my community, but can not say anything nice about Copper. They are like a bad cop that is roaming your town looking for you to make a mistake. Not to protect your people or to keep the peace, but because they have a little power and they want to use it. If you think about your worst experience at the DMV, you understand what you get and how Copper approaches security. You know that clerk that sits behind the counter and tells you all the rules and policies without any ability to assimilate the facts of a situation in order to understand how the rules apply? Now you know what you get with Copper. Bad cops with no training and a chip on their shoulder. They destroy community and ultimately the property values of the home owners they "serve". I would NEVER buy a home where they are the security and neither should you!!!
