Fantastic experience: Excellent service (for an out of state service need). Timely and great communications.

Fantastic experience: I’m in another state and Mike did an excellent job handling a service for me in Buffalo. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I contacted this company after a person was breaking a Restraining Order to try and contact us claiming to be a process server in Buffalo. The dude laughed at me stated no on will tell you if they have papers for you. I own a serving company in Colorado, Nevada, etc. No company acts like this unless they are performing illegal activities. Don't use this company because they will only end you up in litigation regarding the service of process.

Negative experience: This company sent us a service of process on Feb 2nd on a Rush basis. Service was completed on February 3rd @ 13:50 and they were notified. We emailed the proof of service the same day. Then they decided they need it notarized which they had not mentioned when placing the order. It took us a couple days to notarize since we do not have a notary on staff. Then it took them over a month to even pay the invoice. Then they go and write a bad review because they did not get a notarized proof of service on that same day. Beyond unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I chose Premier at the last minute and randomly due to its proximity and I could not be more pleased with everything relating to my transaction. Mike was extremely helpful and timely. He was able to provide more information to me than I received from the courts and communication was there every step of the way. Definitely recommend!
