We don't offer fingerprinting anymore and haven't for over 4 months. I'm sorry you are having issues, but your complaint is with Identego/Idemia and not BKI Services. Please call Identego/Idemia at (844) 543-9712. If you could kindly remove your negative review, it would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Negative experience: This is my second attempt to get fingerprinted. At my first appointment I arrived and the man seemed quite clueless and I was told he was having tech issues and to come back but he didn’t know when the issues would be resolved. I rescheduled for 3 days later, he was aware and I scheduled through the Identogo. I arrive and the door is locked, no sign, nothing. I googled the phone number only to receive a generic voicemail, not stating business info or anything. This place is sketchy! It’s also inside of a laundromat. Admin-please save your pre-prompted response of covid shortage blah blah blah. There’s no excuse for poor customer service like this.
Two and a half years ago I accepted Identego’s request for assistance in hosting their fingerprinting services in Carthage. Identego said they were having trouble finding a business to host it. They stated the county health department had backed-out of the agreement. I agreed to help. Each year it has been harder and harder to find people who are willing to work the hours and for little pay, as Identego does not pay very well. The last six months has been very difficult. It has made folks upset(which I understand) and in-turn they take it out on our business with negative reviews blaming us for things outside of our control. Because of these issues we will no longer be hosting fingerprinting services offered through Identego. We are required to be open one day a week (Wednesday) up to 90 days or until Identego finds another business to assist them to host the service.
Negative experience: I should have looked at the reviews. Made appointment a week ago, no one is here, office is closed, no sign on the door. DO NOT USE. I'm sure they will reply to this with the same auto response on the other reviews stating covid and short staffing. This is not an excuse to not contact customers and set up a schedule or post at the door. Worthless business poorly managed.
Mr. Merritt, there has been a fingerprint specialist there all today. It shows you were a no show. Not sure if you didn’t walk in and ring the bell or what happened. You can stop by at anytime this week and still have your fingerprints taken without an appointment. Also, we are not IDEMIA. We are a pass through location for them. We have no way of contacting those who sign up to obtain fingerprint services. We are only notified of a name and time when persons sign up. IDEMIA doesn’t let you know you can walk in anytime anywhere their services are offered as long as you pre-register. We have a lot of problems with the IDEMIA service ourselves and are sorry for the inconvenience.
Negative experience: Made an appt to get my fingerprints done two days in advance, so wasn’t like it was a same day appt. Drove the 45 mins to the place, arrived at my designated time, but door was locked and no one would answer the phone, no notice on door stating that they were closed. Waited for over an hour and no one showed up or called. Will not be using this office again.

Coupled with the recent illness/COVID and others it has added to the difficulties of being able to offer the fingerprinting service.
Negative experience: Had an online appointment...got there at my scheduled time only to find a note on the door that they were closed...thanks for the ICOINVENCE....DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Negative experience: Came in at 1:00pm because that’s when it said they opened back up currently still waiting and it’s 1:30. Tried calling several times even left a voicemail. Tried knocking. Nothing. Waist of my time to sit here for this long when I could’ve been getting other things down in the mean time and now I have to drive into Joplin to get this done.
I am so sorry. Our FP operator went home sick that day.
