Fantastic experience: Bill was super fast and efficient. I called him during my lunch break at work and was able to bring him payment and the paperwork after work. Within 1 1/2 hours of him getting the paperwork he had already served my ex with the PPO. I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for somebody.

Negative experience: Unless u need a background on someone I don’t recommend using his services. We were told he wld speak to possible witnesses something the police never did & he DID NOT . We were given only our own documents& photos we acquired ourselves back with a written one page statement summarizing the case with no actual explanation on evidence made by this supposed coworker IT Heather we never once met with. We were charged for an in depth report of 3 people we didn’t even need one for & once they got the entire police file from cass county they basically did nothing but say they were done after collecting $3,000!!! We were also charged for work hours when they weren’t workn on the case and charged for the initial meeting b4 hiring him after being told to our faces we wldnt b charged for the first meeting. This PI service is a JOKE he’s only wanting the $ could care less about the actual work he’sore interested in his other business of taking photos Just wish we hadn’t wasted our time or money !!!
