Negative experience: New year and please don't hire Paul and his buddies ,once they take your hourly money they won't answer the phone or return your calls back,save time and money and just pull an Experian report , I paid $1,500 for 15 hours and can't even return calls back this is robbery in plain sight. If I can give it a negative star I would,I took more than a year to respond and you know you wouldn't have taken the money if I requested illegal activity ,it should it be illegal to take People's money .

Negative experience: I contacted this agency six months ago and was reassured my needs would be met. Six months later I have not received any services. Throughout this time I have initiated contact on multiple occasions. I received multiple apologies and was reassured that results were forthcoming. Unfortunately my recent requests for updates have been met with silence. Further, requests for a refund have gone unanswered and I am out a significant sum of money and left without any assistance. Steer clear of this agency.

Positive experience: Our family has had a trailer and equipment worth a lot of money stolen from our property. Thanks to Paul and his team of private investigators I was able to obtain access to records that otherwise I would not been able to locate. While we still have not located our trailer, we were given access to data that has helped us make progress. Were I to continue to go past our cap of 10 hours, I would like to clarify what services I would and would not be receiving. Paul was in our area and so I appreciated being able to support local investigative work that knew our area. I had called two detectives at other agencies prior to connecting with Dillon-one agency was not willing to work under the 10 hours of research at $80 we were requesting and another agency was very rude saying that driving to our area of Nashville was inconvenient. Dillon did help us a lot. I wish we could afford more investigative work from his team. While mnpd is on the case, they have a lot of cases they are working on and ours is simply seems to be “just a trailer”. We are at a loss of what to do next as the witness to the crime is not willing to speak to authorities. Thank you for your help Paul. Your work helped us identify contacts that led us right up to the suspect who stole the vehicle, but police were not able to move forward without the witnesses testimony....
