Fantastic experience: Nichole was very understanding of my unique situation that required serving an anti-harassment protection order and was diligent in the attempt to get it done. I highly recommend her and Argia Investigations if you need a process server. The price was a bit higher than anticipated, but in the end, very much worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Argia Investigations late on Friday night with 3 urgent tasks. The response was immediate and the work was completed by Monday, the next business day. The evidence and affidavit I needed was completed accurately. The service needed was to serve paperwork at 3 difference addresses with very specific directions. The entire requests was completed with attention to detail and professionalism. The communication was always within a few hours of my contact. I will be using Argia anytime I need this service again.

Fantastic experience: Nichole and Max worked on my case, which was a private car sale gone wrong, in which I was trying to get some info and testimony together for small claims court. I knew I probably would not win at court because of how private sales are looked at by law. I decided to hire Nichole to try anyway. In a situation with a remarkably low success rate, these two were able to get the full sum back from the seller and facilitated the return of the vehicle without needing to file with the court. They leveraged connections with law enforcement, their experience handling situations like these, and knowledge of happenings in the area and got the job done at minimal cost. I am highly impressed and would not hesitate to reach out again the next time I get scammed (haha) or worse. Communication about the case was good and both were very friendly both on the phone and during the car return in-person. 5 stars is not enough.

Negative experience: Refused the service I needed. Offered another service for me to pay for knowing that service has been done already. Did not provide anything useful. They are basic. Any uneducated person can do what they do. I would recommend finding someone with better knowledge!

Positive experience: 2/13: I had a 45 minute call with Nichole. Unfortunately, my review was based on miscommunications and misunderstandings between Nichole, Maris and myself. Nichole explained how she believed the miscommunication happened. Nichole and I resolved this and I would work with her again. I contacted Argia Investigations based on their reviews. I had never used PI services before. I spoke with, I believe Nicole, and advised her I just wanted to know if my two nieces were doing okay, roof over their head etc. and to get current addresses in case something happened to me or someone else in the family and they needed to be contacted. I also advised that my brother did the snowbird thing and had a house in Arizona, there was only a PO Box in Mukilteo but I was looking for a physical address. I provided them with a picture of my nieces, last known addresses and phone numbers. I paid a $600 retainer and basically everything I got back were things I could and did look up on the internet. I had both addresses for one niece but the one I thought was the latest was actually the earlier one and vice versa. They confirmed the address I provided for my other niece. Again, I got that information just doing a general online search. I was provided some information from LinkedIn which I could have done myself. They did provide some court documents but I'm not sure how far back they went because one of my nieces definitely had interactions with the law. Mavis was the one that worked on my case. The address provided for my brother was the Arizona one I already had. I contacted Mavis indicating I wasn't very impressed with what my $600 bought. I did concede that my wording about my brother's address could have been misconstrued although I did state they had a PO Box but I was looking for the physical address. Mavis said Nicole would be contacting me about the case. She didn't. I recently sent certified letters to my nieces. One was okay, the other niece hadn't lived there for a year and a half. She apparently didn't leave a forwarding address which is not too surprising. Clearly, they don't do much to verify information and I still don't have a physical address for my brother. .

I had dug up quite a bit of information online over the years, but from there I did not know how to proceed, especially since I no longer live in Washington state. Using what information I was able to give including photographs, Nicole quickly found fraudulent information and imagery on scam websites on the Internet. Positive experience: I used this company for a child custody case. Nicole was great. The surveillance area was a little difficult but she managed to get some information that I hope will help with my case.
