Fantastic experience: I had an unfortunate hiccup and my truck ended up in Diegos hands. At first, I panicked. Then, after speaking with him, he absolutely ensured that I had nothing to fear. For the retrieval process: This yard is 47 mins from our house and Diego saved me a VERY expensive trip by offering to send me photos of my truck instead of have me head all the way up there to take them myself, as my insurance suggested I do. Then, he came in on a SATURDAY, when they are closed, to let me pick up my truck so I didn't miss any more work or have any more anxiety about waiting until Monday. Im actually, never thought id say this, very lucky my truck ended up with in his yard. He absolutely saved my sanity during all this craziness! The best!!

Fantastic experience: Florida intercept showed up in the middle of the night to retrieve my car. It took me off guard as to what was going on. Diego was extremely patient with me and provided me information on what they were doing and what k should do. They allowed me to grab whatever k needed and and ensured my car would not endure damage. When I was able to get my car, they didn’t have any appointment til Monday but without any hesitation they squeezed me in and took care of me very promptly and professionally

Yes they have to do their job, but besides that the owner or main person you talk to is very nice, attentive to the details of each person who calls or comes by for their possessions. Negative experience: All the employees are nice! But when I got my van back unfortunately they replaced some parts inside my van with old/ broken pieces. Told one of the guys about it and he said it wasn’t him. Tried to call the bank to see what they could do but nothing.
