Negative experience: The company does not actually do security work. The officers file reports on company issued phones and are not allowed to do anything about an issue that occurs. They work at the gates of housing areas to allow contractors, visitors and deliveries access to the housing area and some sort of security patrol. If something happens, the residents contact police or fire, not security. Security does a report on their phone. Security is supposed to make an area safe and secure. This company does not do this. I have met and talked with two officers who did a great job. They tried to go above and beyond. A concerned citizen.

Fantastic experience: Coastal Security's team did a great job protecting our home when we were away for an extended period of time. Their personnel diligently "walked" our property nightly; carefully inspecting all my doors and windows. I was greeted professionally and courteously every time I encountered one of their officers during his rounds. I highly recommend this company.

Their professionalism and ease to work with makes it an absolute pleasure to work with them. Fantastic experience: This is the best and most professional company in our area. We use Coastal for our community and all kinds of events that we have. They pay attention to detail and make us feel safe. The technology they use with the officers is so great we are able to see everything that is going on at our site. We would never even consider any other company. It is also a local family owned company. We always see the owners out working with their employees in the various special events in the community.
