Fantastic experience: I called about getting a certified birth certificate sent to me ASAP and Chad Ragan immediately called the County Recorder's Office to his connection, got me some important information and actually prioritized my personal need and use case above his company making $. For this reason alone, whenever I need something completed in Ventura County, I will be working with Ragan and Associates because of their stellar ethics.

Fantastic experience: I hired Ragan and Associates numerous times, most recently they conducted counter surveillance at one of our properties. I was having an issue with an ex-tenant who had a restraining order against him and was continuing to come by the property. Chad and his team were able to identify the suspect upon his arrival and contact the local authorities who then enforced the violation of the restraining order and took the suspect into custody.
