Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of speaking to and working with Brad Weaver. He made the process simple and easy for my wife and I to do a criminal background check for visa purposes. Surprisingly the background checks came back clean! Jk. Brad is also spot on with his “lol’s” and emojis, which I personally appreciated in our exchanges. Negative experience: Very shady! Brad seemed very knowledgeable about what I needed and eager to help. We had a couple of conversations to work out the details. Then I asked about confidentiality. After that...No return phone calls. No return emails. Nothing! Wasted nearly a month and had to push back a hearing because he wasted so much of my time. Since the posting of my Thumbtack review, LR has negated my review saying I’m not credible. Brad Weaver @ Lawrence Ryan Investigations see you’re emails posted below? If you’re going to berate me on Thumbtack, at least be honest! I was in the middle of litigation on behalf of my autistic son. It was expressed by me that this work was important. Communication was all that was needed if there was an issue, and I couldn’t get that. Be wary: look elsewhere for a PI!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an individual in the Chicago area served. I contacted four process servers, and this was the only one to contact me back. Glad they did, as they were fast and professional. They had the individual served within a day of the initiation of the service, and they let me know immediately when service occurred. The process was completed entirely online through email, including the delivery of the summons and documents to be served, making the process quick and efficient. Payment of the fee was handled online as well, never had to pick up the phone. All-in-all, could not ask for a better experience. Great work.
