Negative experience: Unprofessional, untrained guards and the owner has no idea what his doing don’t do business with sentry you’ll regret it.

Negative experience: In response to the response to this review by Sentry Force Security. Sentry Force Security indicated that I had the wrong number. So my apartment complex provided me with the phone number and I reached live agents from Sentry Force Security all three times that I tried to call and the agents took my information to provide to security officers all three times and, not once, did I get a response from any security officers. I still consider this incident a failing on the part of Sentry Force Security. I was given the phone number by my apartment leasing office. If the number was changed recently, then Sentry Force Security should have communicated that to my apartment complex. From the response, it sounds like they dropped the ball on communicating on multiple levels - the live agents took my information and it was supposed to be given to officers, yet I never received a phone call, so there was a communication issue there. This leads me to believe that there is a high probability that Sentry Force Security didn't communicate the recent change to my apartment complex. I would have an improved opinion if Sentry Force Security would take responsibility for dropping the ball. Do we need a company that will not take responsibility and casually dismiss a lack of response indicating the reason was the wrong number? When it comes to security and safety, this is unacceptable. Sentry Force Security is not an acceptable option or worthwhile investment. -------------------------------------------------------- I had a security issue and my leasing office staff referred me to the Sentry Force Security if I needed an escort to my apartment for safety concerns. I took the opportunity to use this service paid for by my apartment complex - Avana Northlake - in Germantown, Maryland. I called three times in total, spoke with a live message taker and leaving my cell phone number each time, left a voice message each time, and did not receive a call back each time after I called, spoke with a live person and left a message. To date, I have never received a call from Sentry Force Security to address the reason they were completely unresponsive or an apology for failing to protect my life and safety. I find this company and it's services to be complete useless and a waste of money. I don't encourage anyone to use them.

Negative experience: The owner obviously doesn't know how to run a security company. This single child has no idea how to operate a company and his daddy should be severely disappointed. On multiple occasions I witnessed people getting assaulted at places that his business was tasked to protect and his "guards" never did a thing.

Fantastic experience: Sentry Force patrols the apartment complex I live at. Every night our neighbor above us plays obnoxiously loud music and keeps me and my family up at all hours of the night. We call Sentry Force every night it happens and every time they send a guard out to take care of the problem. The guards they send are very polite and professional. Their cars and even their uniforms look so official! I am very happy with the service they provide here

Negative experience: We were trying to get security personnel for our conference and looked up a national security firm whom we have used in the past from eastern Oklahoma since 2009, these people ("Sentry Force Security") came up in the search and it was ridiculously frustrating trying to understand that they were not THE Sentry Force Security Services but a knockoff company impersonating the actual security firm, Sentry Force Security Services. These people are copying the name of the original/real company who is a national firm out of Oklahoma and it is very confusing. Even after the issue was brought to their attention, they have continued to use the name to this day, continuing to cause confusion. I have to question the integrity of such a company and its owners who are so lacking in morals and ethics that they would knowingly and lazily use the name of another Security Firm as their own. If these people are this careless and dishonest/fraudulent about naming their company, imagine how careless/dishonest they will be with your property/valubles. Use these shameful imposters at your own risk!
