Fantastic experience: I had been falsely accused of some pretty serious crimes. Due to the complexity of my case, my attorney recommended Daryl Parker and Blackfish Intelligence’s services. Shortly after talking with Daryl and securing their services, it became very apparent to me that the entire success of my situation would be mostly dependent upon Daryl and his team. I can’t say enough about how Daryl personally led the effort for my defense. He spent a huge amount of time scouring everything the DA claimed to have as “evidence”, procuring documents to help me using FOIA, filing subpoenas for witnesses, reviewing medical records and much more. Not only was Daryl able to get access to thousands of text messages, videos, screenshots and pictures that became the foundation for my defense, he decided to talk to people in cities this “false accuser” had lived and he began interviewing people in hopes of finding someone that might help my case. While Daryl was doing this old-fashioned, detective work, he found 2 people that had personal experience with the person that was making these false claims against me. It turns out these two people also had video of this accuser committing serious crimes in a situation that was similar to what I was being accused of. Daryl was able to procure a copy of the video and get them to agree to testify on my behalf if necessary. I have never been in trouble, and I have always assumed the attorneys were the ones that would organize the case, review and prioritize evidence, build a strategy for defense, subpoena witnesses, etc. In my situation, Daryl and Blackfish Intelligence did every bit of this. Daryl was also in almost every meeting I had with my attorneys. If it were not for Daryl and Blackfish Intelligence, I would not be a free man today. I would be in prison for something I absolutely did not do. I don’t think I could give a higher recommendation. When your freedom and livelihood are at stake, I would go to no one else!

Fantastic experience: The gist of my story is that I was unarmed, blinded by a flashlight, and complying with orders when a police officer shot me in the stomach with a rifle. It was a negligent discharge, but to cover up his mistake, he then claimed that I pointed a gun at him! He was willing to send me to prison for decades for something I didn’t do, to save himself from the consequences of a negligent discharge. I woke up in the hospital handcuffed to the bed, and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Public Servant.
