Negative experience: They are hired thugs and should not be allowed to do what they do. Don’t be intimidated and ask for a warrant

Negative experience: Worst service. I would never use them again. It took them almost 3 weeks to get my landlord served. SO RIDICULOUS! I am embarrassed FOR these guys! Because I use to rent from and my landlord also lived above us, I knew exactly her hours of coming and going. I told them those hours and they never seemed to be able to catch her. I finally mentioned where she teaches school at because that's some thing they couldn't think of on their own and supposedly went there once but she was in a meeting. I called the courts and they told me that I could file an affidavit but would need proof of the days and times from constable Reitz's office that they tried serving her. When I called and told them I needed to come and pick up that paper work of proof, they "suddenly" managed (I'M NOT KIDDING!) THE VERY NEXT DAY, to catch her up at the school. Hmmmmm..... They obviously knew they had not tried hard enough. Constable Reitz is the first one of the list of constables that the court gives to you and very sure that's why he likely gets the first stab at it. Needs to be at the bottom of the list! Terrible service. I am getting ready to serve some more papers again, but will not be using these guys again. I will be using one of our investigators from the law firm I work for. Don't waste your time.

Negative experience: On Thursday 7/28/22 I was confronted by one of the constable agents in such a disrespectful manner. He came to my front gate with complete disregard for professionalism. Immediately demanding that I hand over my keys to ALL my vehicles as well as threatening to take all my belongings inside my home. When I requested proof of paperwork to collection and what it was regarding he refused to do so. Without showing any paperwork he continued to call a tow truck company and get my suv towed away. I hope this raises awareness for this company to train their agents better.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I’m having a really bad experience with them . They were supposed to deliver a three days vacation notice for a woman that is threatening me in my own place . I’m waiting since yesterday, it’s the second day that they did not even tried to serve this document in the first day , in the second day they came here at the wrong time ( even though I warned them of her schedule) … hopefully tomorrow… the service is way too slow. Almost inefficient!

Fantastic experience: I just dropped off my paperwork. I came in a nervous wreck and left smiling and feeling confident. I didn't get the front desk lady's name, but she is so welcoming and sweet. She was so incredibly helpful and talked me through the steps. I appreciate her making this hard time that much easier for me. Thank you! I will definitely use this service again!

Fantastic experience: I sadly had to use the service to serve papers. They were prompt in delivering my paperwork the same day I paid. I also asked to to attach a note I wanted to be delivered with the paperwork. They allowed me to email it to them and they delivered it with the paperwork. I hope I don't have to serve papers again, but if I do need to I will use Constable Reitz again.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Constable Reitz after hours for help with an urgent service matter. I had previously sent the job to another service and 5 days later they still had not been able to serve the papers with a hearing happening the next day. Within minutes Travis had the paperwork ready and a server secured for the job. Amazing customer service! I will now be using Constable Reitz for all my service matters. Thanks, Travis!

Fantastic experience: Papers served quickly and efficiently. The good folks there not only served papers, they identified the proper registered agent and saved me about $20 over serving a physical business address. I don't need papers served all that often, but I'll probably use these guys again should the need arise. Can't speak to their skip tracing or investigative services, but their process service is worth 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Bob and his family are the real deal. One of the last true Constable's. They get the job done right and thoroughly file all the paperwork so no liability comes back on you. They offer skip trace services too.

Fantastic experience: The employees at Bob Reitz Constable, Inc. are extremely helpful and professional. They listened to my concerns and were able to answer all of my questions. They made the process simple and easy (I was able to email the paperwork instead of physically dropping it off). Once the paperwork was sent over, they immediately started working on my case. Within days, the defendant was served (even though he was being difficult leading up to it). A few days after that, I received a copy of the return of service that they filed with the court. I hope I never need to use a constable again, but if I do, I'll definitely use Bob Reitz Constable, Inc.
