Fantastic experience: The best Private Investigator in San Jose!

Negative experience: I was rudely treated by one of their security guards. Someone needs to remind him that he is security and not a local LEO (law enforcement officer). Really bad professionalism to confront someone then 10-49 to your company office like a child. Next time 10-23 and "talk to" the person and not "demand" them to do something. Here is a suggestion next time take a step back and Code 5 the situation and assess it properly. Oh and when you write your DAR go ahead and make yourself look all high and mighty, and forget to put the actual details in your report, you know the detail where you are supposed to use quotation marks "-" and put what I said down verbatim. There are more professional security companies then this one.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Atlas Investigations for prospective employee back ground checks since 2012 and have been very pleased with the results. Our previous Investigator could not find history on a prospective employee. Frank produced results showing the prospective employee used fake identification on his application. Frank has also conducted surveillance for us on a several occasions with positive results.
