Fantastic experience: I had to hire private investigators to gather more information on this person's history. I hired several private investigators based in Manhattan, with great reviews and credentials of the private investigators. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. All of them said they could do this service or that service, with intention of extracting more money from the clients. I lost hope with private investigators until I found Liz (the owner of Root Investigations). When I reached out to her, unlike other private investigators, she was genuinely interested in listening to my situation. I was thoroughly impressed and touched by her actions. Her business may not have many reviews, compared to other private investigators in greater NYC area; however, do not paint the whole picture yet. As other reviewers have said, she's extremely shrewd, intelligent and empathetic. It is safe to say, people who reach out to private investigators are going through a lot of emotions (infidelity, etc). It is very emotional time for the clients and Liz is the rarest gem in the industry, who genuinely care about the clients' well-beings. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing competent and empathetic private investigator. She is the person that attempts to live by the quote "to give is to receive" and I'm very confident that you will not be disappointed by reaching out to Liz. I'm fortunate that, after many trials and errors, I found the private investigator I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: For better or worse, I can't claim to have extensive experience working with private investigators. What I can say is that I went into this with a great deal of skepticism and came out a believer. Liz helped one of my family members find and reconnect with a loved one. She took what little information we were able to provide and quickly pieced together some promising leads, even going above and beyond to assess and provide insight into how to best achieve the outcomes we were hoping for. She's a top notch professional who adeptly handled our case and did so in a manner that was effective without breaking the bank. I don't hope to ever need services like this in the future, but if I do I definitely know where to go.

Fantastic experience: I was trying to locate this notary for four months. My last hope was a private investigator, hoping they could locate the woman. Which they did in a matter of minutes. We needed some deep and dark web investigating to be performed on a Midwest cheating spouse case that is, actually, still ongoing and didn't know where to turn. Lizzy was highly recommended by other investigators as being top notch in this highly niche space of Investigations. We gave the job to Root Investigations not knowing what to expect. Within a few days, the information she was able to suss out of the dark web was amazing. So that's how our cheating spouse hooks up when he travels to the east coast? No wonder we couldn't find much about his activities at the general interweb layer. The only Onion I ever knew about came with my Philiy Steak and Cheese sandwich. We obviously need more training.
