Negative experience: My first impression of Mr Frassetti was good, he found my contact but I needed photographic evidence confirming this. I waited 3 weeks for an email that was promised and never came. I attempted to reach out on three more occasions and never heard back from him. So I guess I'll have to try another agency and hopefully I'll get better service. Maybe one shouldn't take on so many jobs and fall short on good service.

Fantastic experience: I had somebody use a stolen credit card at my place of business and they stole $3500 from us. I had waited over two weeks for the police to try to help... even though I had these people photographed in my parking lot. I hired Mr. Frassetti and within less than 24 hours I had all of my property back! He is diligent, timely, thorough and I could not say anything more positive about this company! In all honesty I would’ve paid triple! Fantastic experience: This company's awsome! Let me see... For starters, they were affordable & effective. I'm up in South Carolina and the witness in a Myrtle Beach case moved to Florida. Fantastic experience: I wondered for years if my ex-wife was living with someone in "my" Sarasota, Florida condo. Information was difficult to obtain on my own, especially because I live in Utah.
