Negative experience: Horrible security company & as well employees. I was in Visalia ca where some employee threatened me to pepper spray if I didn’t show my bags . I ignored him and he proceed to follow me . I contacted HR and they ignored me & I called the manger and no call back .

Fantastic experience: I used AEGIS for their people search service to locate a distant family member I have never had a relationship with, but they apparently had some authentication documents for a family heirloom I inherited. AEGIS investigators found my distant cousin's contact information, and even booked my travel information discretely to retrieve the documents. The whole process was very easy and so much faster than I expected! Thanks Jeff for your help!

Fantastic experience: When I was on the hunt for a new apartment, I definitely wanted a property management company that used security guards for peace of mind. The AEGIS security guards at my apartment building are always so friendly, look very professional, and I've never even seen one of them on their cell phone! Overall they do a great job and I definitely feel safer to have them present at the entrance.

Fantastic experience: As an event planning company, we have had difficulty finding reliable, affordable event security, until we found Aegis security! They are our go to company when we need security for our events. The guards are always professional, courteous and do a great job. I loved working with James especially, he was so great to work with and despite giving him a tough job (overnight shift outside in DTLA), he was cheery and happy to be there. Jeff, the owner is super easy to work with and we have never had a negative interaction with him. I can't recommend Aegis enough.

Fantastic experience: Jeff and AGEIS are the best. We hired AGEIS for a large event and have referred them to several of our clients. The are responsive and professional. We have used other Security Services in the past and felt uncomfortable with the quality of guard that was provided. When AGEIS showed up the guys looked the part and provided excellent service. They made rounds, checked in and notified us immediately if anything seemed out of the ordinary. Fantastic experience: I hired them for event security. It was for about 100 people and there was a concern that folks would crash. The four gentlemen were excellent. They were absolutely professional and executed the plan to perfection. I would completely recommend this company to anyone that requires security for an event.
