Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being a loyal customer to Mr. Mark since 2021. My case was based on a child custody case where my ex husband was taking our daughter to Chicago to visit his new wife and her family but was giving the wrong address to where our daughter was sleeping. He was able to hire someone in Chicago to immediately get on top of things, I am very pleased about the outcome on my case. Mark was able to get surveillance through the exchange of my daughter going with her father. I can honestly say that as much as he wanted to put a tracker on my ex husbands car he did it a cheaper way and that was to put the tracker in my daughter's book bag. Mark and his team is defiantly highly recommend in my opinion. After almost 5 years of fighting for primary custody I can say as of last week I won!!!! Negative experience: If I could give 0 star I would, they won't let to any positive result, charging for nothing, they can't even do any investigation, can't figure out nothing ,it's waist of time and money by contracted those people be aware folks and also they will try to threatened you as well big scams

Fantastic experience: Thank Heavens for people like Eli and Mark . They saved my life from a “loving scam “. I had doubts and fears, lots of red flags and my research was so limited … I needed to know the truth. I made the call , a call that I should made a week ago. The answer was within an hour or so … Perhaps , it wasn’t meant to be - for the marriage to be saved . The scammer is a professional, trained well to type to vulnerable ladies … and write ✍ exactly what they need to hear . And not just with this type of situation-> where there is DOUBT… it should be them ! Because the person doesn’t exist, there was absolutely NO CHARGE at all. Impressive . Negative experience: My sister in law was overcharged for a report that most places charge less than half for. We are searching for a family dog and in desperation, we just went with the person with solid reviews, but turns out we should have called around more. To others looking for private investigators, do more research and find someone who is not only trustworthy but also will be fair about pricing to not take advantage of your situation.
