Fantastic experience: I am a single woman and I have hired K&R to do background checks on potential dates throughout the years. The background checks are very detailed and I have always received the information I needed in a very timely fashion. Brian, Greg and Ray are very caring and compassionate individuals . Their training prior to retirement as TPD decorated officers allows them to give solid advice on remaining safe in different situations. I really appreciate their expertise and knowledge helping me navigate being safe in the times we currently live in.

Fantastic experience: I hired K&R to conduct a background check on a contractor for a home improvement project. The price was extremely reasonable and I received a quick, very detailed report. I would most definitely recommend K&R for all your investigative needs and services.

Fantastic experience: My family recently had a situation that warranted the services of a PI. A friend had recommended these guys... right away I knew I had made the right decision in choosing them. Super professional, very responsive, they do a fantastic job, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very fair pricing too. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Negative experience: This is the worst private instigator group I've ever encountered. A monkey could've done a better job. They are incompetent, they lie publicly about their clients and what they didn't do. This company couldn't even locate a little bit being picked up from school everyday by the same vehicle. One day they even charged us and refused to follow him because "it was raining." Now, my son is in a harmful situation and these quacks refuse to refund any money, when they didn't resolve the issue or do any work. I provided more information than needed. We are taking Brian Reschke to court to sue him. He's so unprofessional he actually cursed at me on the phone, due to his poor performance to get a simple job done. Worst company ever! I'd recommend going with anyone else, this guy actually asked my stepfather and I to do his job and go to my sons school. This is a sad excuse for any type of investigative company.

Fantastic experience: These guys are by far the BEST private investigators on the planet....Hands down!!! In less than 10 hours they knew where my husband was and I had pictures of his vacation with his girlfriend in hand texted directly to my cell phone. My husband claimed he was on a business trip for work but he was actually on a nice vacation with his girlfriend and her 2 children at the beach. It was good to know that I wasn't "crazy" like my husband kept telling me I was and to have the proof in hand gave me my sanity back. Dare I say, it was actually even exciting. Brian found out things I could never have on my own. And the price was fairly reasonable too.

Negative experience: I can't speak for the value of their investigative services, but rather how they interact with people that they feel isn't directly connected into making them $$. I attempted to call requesting information in regards to employment and wasn't able to initially get through. Within a reasonable amount time Brian called back to follow up on the missed call. I asked him if there were any employment opportunities and he immediately said no (which I'm fine with). I very briefly requested if I could pick his brain on the industry, and he interrupted without hesitation to inform me that he simply "didn't have time for this and was too busy," then abruptly hung up on me. I understand he is probably very busy, but his lack of willingness to assist a new college graduate and combat veteran seeking "mere professional advice" proved that he only has time for "paying" clients. He could of scheduled an appointment to offer professional advice as opposed to how he handled it. Brian, word of advice: Next time you "make the time" to call someone back, don't tell them in under ten seconds that you don't "have the time." Kind of counter intuitive. I appreciate your selflessness.
