Fantastic experience: Superb security and investigation company. Pays its employees in real time. Should review its practices regarding the calculation of different hours as required by labor legislation: normal hours, overtime, beyond 40 hours of work per week, holiday hours, etc. All of this is ignored in the calculation of biweekly salaries, creating frustration. Therefore, it should reconsider how to manage those responsible for these calculations in the best timeframe. Aside from these unintentional shortcomings of the manager who ignores these various and vital observations, this company is recommended for those who seek its services. Jovial employees and employers who understand the complaints of subordinates. Impeccable social life. Mentioned very well on the professional level in the United States.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best security company I have used in a long time. I got rid of my previous security vendor and retained Applied on a temporary basis, and three years later, I'm still very happy with the service. They are very professional, great security knowledge and awareness and very caring and easy to work with staff. They really care about the services they provide and I see it on a daily basis.

Fantastic experience: We retained Applied Operations few months ago after receiving threats from a former employee in our building. The armed officers they provided were very responsive, professional and made sure everyone in our building were safe. They went above and beyond in performing their duties while keeping our staff at ease. This was supposed to be a temporary project, but we were so impressed with the officers that we decided to retain them on a permanent long term basis. We are very happy to have Applied Operations Security as part of our team.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE Experience, They do not follow the laws of Texas so how would you expect them to protect you or your property? They said that they will help you get your Security license from the state, I worked for them for over a month and all they said was we will talk about it later, I am busy . I contacted a friend of mine at DPD who called the state who said that is ILLEGAL, you much have your paperwork filed and fingerprints done BEFORE ANY ASSIGNMENTS!!!! RUN AWAY from this make believe rent-a-cop company they won't be around long.........OH, and I can back up this as I recorded John Shunu telling me that!!!!
