Fantastic experience: I have done buissness for over 7 years here. Hands down one of the most professional buissnesses I have ever dealt with. Extremely curtious, efficient, as well as punctual. From a life long resident I highly recommend this business as well as the owner.

Negative experience: The owner will lie to you and tell you that they can conduct services that they have no authority to do. Then they will take you money and not communicate with you when you are attempting to resolve the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. You might as well throw your money away instead of using this company. I attempted to get assistance for over a month to no avail. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.

Negative experience: Over charged me for fingerprinting and got a letter in the mail saying this is not a local law enforcement agency so not suitable for FPP.

Fantastic experience: Very quick and efficient. The only place around in South Florida, doing electronic fingerprinting, for my CCW application. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get here...but so happy that I did!! THANK YOU!! ☺☺☺

Negative experience: Online it says open from 9-5. I told gentleman working I need two Finger print cards ( even held up two fingers ) I get halfway home in PSL and realize he only gave me one ( my mistake ) I get back to hole in wall shop and the door is locked I called 15 times finally some one picks up in an hear through wall I ask him are you open yes we are open ...ok I’m out side your door , stays locked and I guess they went home go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Fingerprinting for DBPR was fast and easy. Nice people as well. I didn’t need an appointment either, so that was good too. Would recommend.
