Fantastic experience: My most sincere thanks to the whole team at Blue Systems International. Specifically agents George and Tom, that since the moment we first contacted them have gone above and beyond to help us. For the first time in our lives we had to hire a PI and this made us very nervous and anxious. We reached out to them by phone explaining our situation and they were extremely professional and reassuring. They instructed us to fill out a form on their website with the details of our case for them to review and afterwards we would receive a call with estimated costs and a plan.  That we should expect a response within the hour. Within 20min of submitting our form they called us back with information, an action plan and estimated costs (this being very reasonable). Less than an hour after our initial contact they had an agent out in the field working on our case. We were so glad with their fast response since time was of the essence. We were kept updated during every step of the investigation via phone, text and provided pictures. During the second day of the investigation we were made aware that the area they had to survey expanded and it would benefit us to send out a second agent to assist. Knowing how concerned we were and the importance of our case, they provided a second agent on their dime to help expedite the investigation. We cannot thank them enough for doing this as it helps with the cost, especially during these times that the prices for everything are skyrocketing. Once the case was resolved and closed they were still providing us with any new  bits of information. In addition, they offered not only support to us but to other family members involved in this situation. My only regret is that we did not contact them sooner. That being said, I cannot recommend them enough for their services and if the need to hire a PI ever arises again, I won’t hesitate to reach out to these guys. Fantastic experience: My nephew went missing and out of concern and desperation I sought the help of a private investigator. I’ve never used a pi before and even submitting the request was nerve wracking for me. It didn’t take long for an investigator to respond and I ended up hiring George. Despite my initial hesitancy, it ended up being the best decision I could’ve made and I wholeheartedly appreciate his involvement. Our first call, when I struggled to form my thoughts into words due to my own stress and anxiety, his manner of speaking and reassurances was enough to calm my nerves. His presence was very comforting. He took immediate action and thereafter had consistent contact with me providing updates as he found them. I’m happy to report that my nephew made a safe return home and even though George’s job was done he continued to update us with added information and support.
