Negative experience: Two hour drive from my house. Planned for a week to make the trip. Drove down on Saturday with wife a 5yo and a 3 month old. They would not process my TWlC . My legible scannable unexpired NYS issued license had a crack in it so it was a waste of time. You can go to the airport a few miles away and get better service. Stay away from this time they will waste your time.

Positive experience: TSA application. Finger printed and photographed. Parked right in front of the building. A dusting of snow with ice under. I got out of the car and immediately fell down. I told them about the ice, and they acted like it was no big deal.

Fantastic experience: Walk in fingerprinting is usually 12p-1p daily, but the owner was extremely accommodating and allowed me to walk in outside of these hours. Super quick in & out, professional service, and most affordable rate I’ve seen for fingerprinting ($20 for 2 cards). They also do polygraph testing and TSA pre-check for the public.

Negative experience: Trying to get my twic and they can’t seem to scan my birth certificate properly. I’ve applied three times now. We shall see how this time goes.
