Negative experience: She sent me a video of the occupant and then said she had to post the complaint instead of serving it because the tenants didn't answer the door. (Honest true was she was probably scared of the tenant). Then told me I had to file her work with the county. I've done 1 other eviction before, and the server took care of everything. She also charged me for a same day service but I called her to schedule on Friday and she didn't do the service till Saturday and Sunday. Very Unhappy and paid way more than I should have.
