Negative experience: I strongly advise against doing business with this individual. She took $1,200 from me and delivered absolutely no value. She consistently failed to answer calls, texts, or emails, citing being "in court." After missing the contract deadline, I finally managed to force a 30-minute meeting. A week later, she claimed the money had been depleted, largely for a poorly done transcript supposedly done "in-house." To clarify, I had already obtained a highly accurate transcript from three different professionals for $150. Her version lacked: 1. Time stamps 2. Quality 3. Accuracy 4. Professionalism She had the audacity to charge an outrageous amount for work riddled with errors and inaccuracies. She nearly took all my money until I caught her red-handed. After fighting with her, she refunded me half after a month --- with no work product to show for it and a contract she broke. She refunded me I am pursuing this matter in small claims court--not just to recover my funds but to ensure others don't fall victim to her practices. Absolute scam and disingenuous practices...
