Fantastic experience: I hired Derek to look into a personal matter and he more than met my expectations. Derek kept me up to date throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to get the video I needed. If I need to hire a private investigator in the future, Derek & Clear Capture Investigations will be my first call!

Negative experience: Just tried to have these investigators make a few phone calls to look into an unreported crime involving gun trafficking with proof, and instead of helping, they nd they said maybe "were not the type of investigators I need" I suppose if you lose a canary or want your long lost Uncle found on the computer they can help . Very disappointed. Wow!

Negative experience: Perhaps they were good in the past as the majority of their reviews are from 5-6 years ago but now they seem very unprofessional. I called and the person who answered the phone said "get video and go about your business" after coughing then hung up when I tried to speak. *Response to "owner"* They mad cause they cannot find me under a simple alias which shows the level of experience of this agency. If investigators use "logic" and "reasoning" then instead of trying to attack me emotionally about "manning up", instead explain how my review is fake when it in fact did happen as my review stated. You also state "another" as there have been more negative reviews previously posted by other truth telling individuals. You are the common factor, you're welcome for the pain; now raise your game.

Negative experience: Dereck DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK PRODUCT AND REFUSES TO GO TO COURT. DONT USE HIM IF YOU NEED A GOOD INVESTIGATOR TRY ANYONE OTHER TJEM HIM.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and quick work. Derek answered all of my questions in a very timeline manner and handled the job well. Wrote an extremely detailed report. Images and video were HD quality with date and time stamps provided. Highly recommend them for sensitive work.

Fantastic experience: Derek did a very professional job. He gave me advanced notice on what day he would be doing the surveillance. He made great videos which showed the faces of the people involved, the date and time of surveillance, the license plate of the car in uestion, the signs of streets and buildings to prove locations. Fantastic experience: What can I say? I contacted CCI on an infidelity issue and Derek did whatever it took to get me the evidence I needed over a 10-day period. Nothing was too much trouble and he repeatedly dropped whatever he was doing in order to be where I needed him to be at the moment I needed him to be there. His rates are more than reasonable and his effectiveness is unquestionable.
