Negative experience: This Counter Intelligence Services does not have the intelligence to do the easy job of serving a lawyer with court papers !! Very expensive bill (more than $400) for not doing the job!! Very rude and dismissive on the phone.
I think you have the wrong company sir. We do not have an “Ahmed” as a client. Additionally, we haven’t had a case to serve an attorney in 2024. We also do not charge $400 for service, it’s only $99. Dismissive we are not! The very premise of our company, at its core, is kindness! All we do every day is help people! 30+ years helping and serving the community. PS: TO THE PUBLIC: We NEVER make unfair promises; while I believe the above review is fake and inaccurate, please note some attorneys (and people) are unethical and will attempt to avoid service. The service rate we charge comes with 5 attempts at various times of day (AM, afternoon, and evening hours), standard in the industry. While we do our level best to serve all Defendants for the rate, sometimes difficult service requires surveillance or other investigative tactics. As they say, don't shoot the messenger, it's just a fact of life, some defendants avoid which requires additional services. Our only promise is to work as diligently and professionally as possible for our clients, to do our level best! Our clients even include the United States government, and some of the most prestigious law firms in the nation. They use us because of our results! Some process services can cost thousands... but that was us tracking them out of the country with surprise visits to them with legal documents in hand, even following the Hague at the client’s request or not. We usually get our Defendants served... but we obviously can't make an empty promise; we truly do our level best!

Fantastic experience: We've used CIS for years. They are great! We require a lot of background checks. CIS does this professionally, timely and in a friendly manner. Sometimes I don't understand the reports and Darrin always helps me understand the data being presented, and more importantly, provides some wisdom and guidance with how to interpret it. Use them!!!

Fantastic experience: Following a breach of contract, I needed to have a DEMAND LETTER delivered to a commercial company as a precursor to filing a lawsuit. I had tried 3 previous times (via Email, Registered Letter, and Priority Mail) with no success. The other Party was actively refusing to accept delivery. Making matters worse was that the official address of the other Party was behind a gate at the end of a rural dirt road in Loxahatchee Fl.. CIS came through, It took them 10 days, but service was made. I am very grateful for CIS's persistence and dogged attitude. Bravo Zulu - Well Done Guys..

Never a client, this is a fake review! GOOGLE HELP!! Judith, I've asked you nicely to remove it, please remove it. FACTS: You called Saturday past 8PM as a new client. I responded in 5-minutes, I was the on-call Investigator that evening. We got along on the phone, I was polite, based on your situation I asked if we could follow up on Monday, it was past business hours. I was also trying to be cost-conscious to assist. I called you Monday AM, but you never responded back, 2-weeks later you post a negative 1-star review. Why? I never wronged you, we've only been kind and diligent in responding. It was Saturday evening past 8PM, and I was out with family, what's wrong with asking to call you back Monday? I'm curious, did anyone else respond after 8PM in 5-minutes on a Saturday evening? FYI: If you would have said it can't wait until Monday, I would have setup an appointment at our office for Sunday morning. We ended our phone call on good terms, you never seemed upset. I'm sorry if I offended you, by no means was it intentional. I find your negative 1-star unjustified, we work very hard for our clients, and generally care about them; we truly take pride in helping others. Please remove your unjustified review, and call us if we can assist you, it would be a pleasure. God bless...
