Fantastic experience: I would HIGHLY recommend the ServePros to anyone! I contacted them after a long and unnecessary drawn out process in need of fast help. I was frustrated with trying to handle my situation on my own and getting no where so took a chance on a company I knew nothing about. After speaking with Kym, who was very friendly, very detailed and seem to understand how important it was for me to get this right, I was immediately convinced that this was the right direction and company to go with. I sent required paperwork to them on a late Friday evening and immediately received a response and also an invoice. I paid my invoice on Monday and my process was completed on Wednesday of the same week. I expected to wait weeks before hearing anything. Imagine the relief I felt when I received an email update minutes after the process was completed and then the next day I received another update that my paperwork was turned in to where it needed to go. Their prices are beyond reasonable, they are very thorough, VERY FAST and very professional. While I hope to not need their services again, I would definitely use them again! I am also passing the word to my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: overwhelmed with how simple, streamlined and easy this process was. had been taunted for over a year by the defendant and told that I would never be able to serve court papers and almost believed them. Turner Express was really my last hope before admitting defeat. every other part of this court process was as painful as pulling teeth EXCEPT Turner. It was one of the easiest things I could ever do and their company is 100% worth their services. any process server that can find someone who's been dodging accountability for a calendar cycle and can make me believe in the justice system again at the same time definitely gets a thumbs up and recommendation from me.

Initially, the Sheriff Dept. attempted to serve the individual I had a case against but was unsuccessful. I became a little discouraged until I ran across Turner Express and contacted them. Fantastic experience: Last year, I contacted Turner Express to do some Private Investigation work. In turn their work allowed me to successfully influence the judge regarding custody of my children. Unfortunately, I needed to call on them to perform a process service to the same individual. Turner express promptly took my call, scheduled an intake appointment and made numerous attempts to successfully serve the defendant in my case. They were flexible to make minor adjustments to the plan and stayed in constant contact with me. I would highly recommend their professional services to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Service with a smile. I had my papers served way faster than the sheriff. The sheriff needs up to 21 days to serve your documents. They only attempt 2-3 times regardless of the fact the summons expired in 60 days. And if they're unsuccessful they will not let you know. I've never been disappointed with Turner Express services the 4 times I used them. Great company great customer service very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Negative experience: The quality of service was not up to par. It took way too long for my paperwork to be served.

Fantastic experience: If you need to get someone served in a timely fashion Turner express is the processor you want to use. Previously, I had been trying to get someone served for a great deal of time, but due to their in compliance was unable to do it. I found Turner Express went in one day gave them all the information I had and they worked with me to get them served. It literally took them less than a week. They are time efficient and thorough with their service. I would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: After several unsuccessful attempts, I hired Turner Express to serve a subpoena. Not only did they find the defendant quickly, but they were able to serve them with ease and notified me right away. I was so impressed with how quickly the job was completed - which was within a few days of contacting them. Levar is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of completing numerous jobs successfully. He was great about keeping me updated throughout the entire process. If you have gone through the courts and have been unsuccessful in serving someone, this is the company to use! I wish I would have contacted them prior to spending lots of money paying for several subpoenas and hiring a sheriff to serve the defendant. I would have saved myself so much time and frustration.
