Fantastic experience: We have recently had a lot of armed robberies in our store. Our owners have had two of the officer's in our stores for the last couple of months. It is reassuring to have them in the stores keeping us safe. They are also very friendly with the customers. As we are a local owned small business that's huge in our community!

They are very professional and always take their job seriously but also know how to relate and assist us with other various task or even help patients when they have questions or concerns about the laws and regulations. We feel very safe knowing we have them as our officers in case of an emergency or in the event of a threat. We have already had a couple of incidents where they were able to tell what had happened when we had some suspicious activity, as well as stop a few suspicious people from entering or coming back to our shop. I was able to get myself and disabled vehicle successfully to and in a reasonable amount of time, home to Chambersburg, PA. This officer’s action is a reflection of a very superior organization. Fantastic experience: 10/5 stars! These guys are hands down the best security guard company that I have ever had the pleasure to work with and will only be sending my business to them from now on. I would recommend them to anyone over any other company who provides security guard services. I work for a small educational tour company and desperately needed a guard to patrol the hotel that one of our school groups were staying at in Gettysburg while on their east coast tour a couple nights ago. I found TSE online and I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with how quickly they were able to get a security officer over to the hotel- especially since they had less than 2 hours to get a hold of and assign one of their officers who was off duty to the hotel, and for him to actually make it to the hotel by 9:00 PM. I cannot express how relieved I was especially after panicking for several hours before that when I found out that the original guard that we hired had been MIA all day and we had no confirmation that they were going to show up that night to work. The officer that I talked to on the phone was Officer Barriteau, was incredibly helpful and very professional. Almost immediately after I told him my predicament and explained what I needed, he told me that I didn't have to worry a longer- that they would have a guard out there by 9:00 PM, and they would do whatever needed to be done to make it happen. The security officer who went to the hotel was Edward Blake- not only did he call me to let me know when he was on his way over to the hotel, but my boss received a call from our tour guide the next day who told her that Officer Blake was fantastic, that TSE was the best security company that he had ever worked with and hoped that we would be using them again in the future. Yes, we definitely be working with TSE in the future. They are awesome, and wonderful to work with. Seriously the best company I have worked with out of the many security companies that I have worked with in the past. :)
