Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. In this line of work I understand that one has to be cautious. However, that does NOT mean you have to be callous, condescending and downright CRUEL. Not everyone that calls is a career criminal. In many cases you are dealing with people during the worst few moments of their life. If you cannot or simply do not want to help, that is fine. There is no reason to treat people with utter disrespect. You can simply say : "I cannot help you." There is no need for your hurtful comments. The way you treat people already in a very vulnerable state is disgusting and you should be ashamed.

Fantastic experience: Tony was so damn fast getting me out I thought he had a key to the place I put the phone down and before I could get on my mat they told me to pack it up I was out in just under 2 hours of anybody can beat him in speed and reliability I wouldn't believe what I saw I almost can't already Tony's also very helpful in the after math madness of what to do next great guy great business anything less than five star testing had to be good competitor trying to boost they open rating so don't believe anything less than five star

Positive experience: Great Service, fast response compare with three more companies I personally tried in a lapse of 20 minutes. Customer friendly and explicative but only in English.

Negative experience: I spoke to a guy named Spencer on the phone I guess he is the owner of the place he is very I mean very unprofessional and rude the way he answers the phone and also the way he handles the situation it does not matter on the situation you do not start cussing at someone on the phone when they are not understanding why you cannot help them with one of your clients that was bailed out through your company cause other bails bondsman has helped or at least heard out and tried to see what they can do to help the concern friend or family member about the client I highly do not recommend anybody to use this bails bondsman there is so many others around Naples that is more professional and cared about the clients

Negative experience: All that I did was call him and ask him to help my friend, he called back and said he needed a homeowner, I told him we car titles but no home and someone else would do it without and he said “guess you go with them then” and hung up on me! Absolutely rude. Don’t recommend. Too many other bondsman in Naples.

Negative experience: In the time of need.. the "gentlemen" that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Had a comment and chuckle for every question and comment out my mouth. If you can't help that's fine but don't laugh in someone's face!

Negative experience: This place is the worst! Called trying to get a bails bondsman and the guy answered (drunk) asked what the person was charged with as I told him he laughed and said he’s not doing that and goodluck then hung up. Don’t recommend at all give your money to someone else
