Fantastic experience: The store is very well kept, good customer service, will visit again.

Negative experience: This company is in for a rude awakening and has some answering to do. One of their private investigators submitted a family court document to the court, UNDER OATH, regarding custody of my son and they claimed to have served me papers on a specific date, time, and address. To start with, the address they have is totally wrong, and secondly, I have notarized, documented proof on both paper and by verbal statements stating that I WAS NOT at the place and time and date of their supposed “served subpoena”. The falsifying of their sworn court documents have caused me to lose rights as a father to my son. I am appalled and disgusted that they so BLATANTLY lied and falsified court documents. Justice will prevail.

Negative experience: Used Sharp about a year ago and was very satisfied with their service. New company has bought them out, however. After needing assistance again, I left a voicemail and it was not returned until I called again a week later. Price quote was triple what I paid for Sharp's services.

Fantastic experience: They served the defendant quickly and got the job done in a very timely manner. And are very responsive to phone calls. I recommend.

Harper is the one that I worked with closely on my case but everyone there were very professional and personable. Harper was always available to answer all my questions and was so easy to work with and was able to get all the information I needed for my case.
