Fantastic experience: Helped me get fingerprinted fast and smooth, would recommend.

Negative experience: These people only do security for the government, they have no care for the safety of the public, or the rights of the citizens that they're paid tax dollars for protecting.

Negative experience: Do not use this company waste of $$$ they don't let you know if defendant served or not you have to call, text & email them and it takes days before you get a response! Then they wait until last min to even try!!

Negative experience: Better be aware People, of business that's not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. This one isn't Fact Finders, Group Inc. Mr. Webb, make promises and doesn't deliver. Thats call bad business. Make no mistake about it. Do your homework people and save yourself time and money. Fact Finders Group is most definitely not a good choice.

Negative experience: Please be careful, Mr. Webb and fact finders are lier, once you pay fact finder the required fee , he becomes a no-show. After calling Webb inquiring about his services which was paid for in advance he become very rude and ignorant. This is a poorly ran company and very pathetic . Please ,Webb don’t use the excuse that I’m a minority own company . There’s no excuse for you to lie and extort customers of their hard work money !! Webb you should be ashamed of how you use the Chicago police dept as an officer and the amount of time as an officer to promote your business. Again readers , please be careful if you make a decision with facts finder’s, Bad and lying leadership from the top on down , and it all start from Webb the owner !!!

Negative experience: This company is more interested in hearsay than finding out facts. I would have worked with them but I was hung up on by the detective. He wanted to know "what gave me suspicions". I answered as best as I could. These are just suspicions
