Fantastic experience: I won a default judgement in a Magistrate court. I later went to a hearing to prove and collect my default judgment damages. Unfortunately, the judge told me, " I need to prove the default party is not serving in the military before we move forward. Also know as, Non Military Affidavit. The court helped me with list of approved process servers to assist me. That's where I found Gotcha Covered. I called a few who were higher up(number) on the list but none of them could help me. I was told by one of them "in his 20 years, he had never done that." When I contacted Gotcha Covered, Mrs. Saxon had a lot of knowledge about the Non-Miltary Affidavit I needed.
