Negative experience: I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt intimidated by Mr. James. He was very good at making me incompetent and dumb. He made my experience very uncomfortable, because he made me feel as though my memory was unworthy. What I was in there for happened a long time ago and I feel as though he should’ve been more kind and respectful. That is just my experience.

Fantastic experience: James literally saved my life. My wife and I were being accused of crimes against my 10 year old daughter. When we met with him he explained that he takes these charges seriously and would advise me to make sure that we want to do this as he is an expert in this field and will certainly know if we are lying. We took several tests addressing ALL of the charges against us and after review he said that we showed ZERO DECEPTION. He believed that we were innocent and was willing to testify on our behalf if needed. The police later had me do another exam and the prosecutor told my attorney that the State had credibility issues with my accusers and ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED. It is VERY SAD that my daughter had to suffer through this disgusting false claims by her mother and Aunt that coached my daughter. My current wife suffered as well. Fantastic experience: Wonderful and a life saver. We used their polygraph services when making final decisions with our will and subsequent inheritances spanning 4 siblings, 11 children and 3 grandchildren. Money matters have caused extreme tension in our family and we needed to get to the bottom of it before making permanent, life-changing decisions with our estate. James Hannah not only drove to our home in Summerlin, he explained the entire process and was extremely patient and understanding of our circumstances (a lot of loud arguments and drama). Long story shorter, my brother-in-law failed the polygraph test, further solidifying our decision to leave him out of the will for his heinous crimes against the family. Most importantly, his children who we suspected were co-conspirators, passed the poly and we realized they were truly innocent. I cannot recommend this service enough. Negative experience: I went in with my ex boyfriend to be tested . I answered all the questions my ex wanted answered but when it came to questions I wanted asked they both totally changed the questions without even letting me know . Also the details in my report were way longer then the details in my exes report almost as if he was asked not to send me all report details . Mines shows everything four test worth his shows one page of results which was also strange to me . They had the names of the club wrong asked one question that I didn’t even want to know . I honestly think he talked my ex through his questions to pass . Because two results came back as inconclusive meaning he failed and one for breathing techniques being used . I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to him he seems to side with men .
